Thanks for visiting us! We have been licensed realtors in San Diego county since 2002. We first started working in the metro villages of North Park, Hillcrest, Kensington, University Heights and Mission Hills. We still work in those areas and maintain many past client relationships from our first years as realtors. In 2005, we moved our lives to North San Diego County, working in the coastal communities of Del Mar, Encinitas, Leucadia and La Jolla, and have worked also inland in communities such as Rancho Santa Fe, Poway, Rancho Bernardo and beyond.
What you need to know about us is we are diligent and professional. Integrity is an utmost priority to us…it is a way we keep our clients’ loyalty. Most of our business is return clients or client referrals, and we like it that way. If our clients like our work enough to come back or to refer a friend or family member, then we know we are doing it right.
For us, the most important part of our business relationship with our clients is my experience. We know real estate in San Diego. We also pride ourselves in maintaining a good reputation with other realtors. This is key in either buying or selling real estate. We love it when we know or have good past experience with a buyer’s agent or a list agent. We also love it when we know that our professional reputation extends to the other agents with which we work on behalf of our clients. It means that we can manage not only our clients’ expectations of how the transaction will go, but also manage the other side as well. A perfect escrow is when both sides are getting along well.
We truly hope you will contact us to talk with you about your next real estate transaction, whether that be selling your current home, or buying the next one...or your first one! For a quicker response, please call us to see what we can do for you.
A San Diego native, John grew up in Del Mar and has enjoyed living and working in San Diego’s finest communities since returning from New York in 2001. He has also worked and served as an assistant manager in Rancho Santa Fe.
Part of John’s vision is taking advantage of and leveraging the full mix of “social networking” including blogs, Facebook, and Twitter. “It is how everyone is communicating, and if you’re not promoting your properties through these venues, then you’re not promoting these properties,” says John.
Having lived in New York and Hong Kong with a background in marketing public relations, John brings a broader perspective and approach to every transaction: “Wherever you are in the world, everybody would like to have a nice home and a sense of family and community. It is truly a pleasure to help our clients achieve those things in what happens to be one of the finest places on earth.”
John has also served on the board of the Del Mar Village Association as well as the Del Mar Historical Committee. When he’s not selling real estate you can probably find him on the tennis court, or in his garden in Rancho Santa Fe. John has teamed up with Sean Current to form The Real People Real Estate Team.
